Post-storm Adjuster Orientation Meetings
These meetings will be scheduled as appropriate after significant storm events. The number and locations of these meetings are TBD, and will be communicated to the selected adjusting firms’ principals after the storm. To be eligible to work TWIA claims, field adjusters will be required to attend at least one of these post-storm meetings.
If TWIA deploys a mobile office, all adjusting firms handling TWIA losses will be notified, and TWIA claims examiners will be made available to adjusters for additional instructions and guidance.
