If your property has been damaged by wind or hail you may report a claim electronically by clicking the "Report a Claim" button above.  For fastest service, report a claim via telephone by calling 800-788-8247 and following the prompts.  Once we receive your reported claim, we will assign a Claims Examiner to contact you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.  If necessary, please make any temporary or minor repairs to protect your property from further loss.  Keep receipts for any work. TWIA may assign a Field Adjuster to inspect your property damage.  Please be aware that a Field Adjuster representing TWIA may request to inspect the exterior and interior of your property.  Please do not begin making permanent repairs until a TWIA assigned adjuster or representative has contacted you.  Once you have reported your loss you may be assured we will process your claim as quickly as possible.

TWIA offers a Policyholder Portal that provides our policyholders direct access to information about their claims. You can get claim information such as loss payments issued, replacement depreciation holdbacks, and contact information for your adjuster and agent. To register for and use this portal, be sure to have your policy number and claim number handy.
