Agents, please be advised that over the next 24 hours (starting May 9) you may receive more renewal application notice emails and activities in Policy Center than usual. We recently discovered - and fixed - an issue affecting Policy Center's ability to automatically generate these messages.
Renewals that were submitted and money received were not affected by the issue, only the messages that indicate you must take action to renew a policy within 60 days. Policy Center is currently processing the messages you would have normally received over the past three days, so you may receive more emails and activities than usual.
