Resolved: Agent Portal Technical Issues

4:21 p.m. 2/17/2022 Update: We are happy to report that the issues affecting the TWIA Agent Portal password reset and login processes are now resolved.

Background

Earlier today, we launched a new TWIA Agent Portal login page (learn more here). To access the portal, all TWIA agents must reset their passwords. However, we have received reports that some agents are encountering issues during the reset process.
