Starting on February 17, the TWIA Agent Portal will have a new login page. This change will strengthen our systems’ security and streamline the login experience. Once agents are in the TWIA Agent Portal, they won’t have to log into Claims Center separately.
How This Will Impact TWIA Agents
To ensure continuous access to the TWIA Agent Portal, agents will need to reset their password after the new login page becomes available on February 17. Use the “Forgot Password” button on the new login page.
Agents don't need to reset their TWIA password in advance. If they do, they will have to reset it again next week.
