Payments on Renewals

Attention agents: You can once again make payments for your clients' policy renewal in the 35-day window before its expiration. Thank you for your patience as we've corrected this payment issue specific to renewals in submitted status.

Please continue to share your experience with us. The system adjustments we continue to make are in
large part guided by agent feedback.

Here is what's next on our list for the New Agent Portal in the coming months:

  • Enabling coverage edits to renewal offers
  • Adding a printable quote function similar to the one in the old agent portal
  • Allowing agents to select any pay plan and make the down payment via EFT or eCheck

We will share exact dates these features will be available closer to deployment.
