Policy Center for commercial and manufactured home policies is live. Agents must now use Policy Center for all new policy submissions, regardless of line of coverage.
Commercial and manufactured home policies that currently reside in the old policy administration system and are up for renewal will begin to migrate to Policy Center immediately. Agents designated as the Primary Contact within the Agent Portal will begin to receive email notifications and Policy Center activities regarding these renewals.
