On April 18, we are launching a new TWIA Agent Portal and a new Policyholder Portal.

To help agents prepare for these changes, we are hosting a series of training webinars – register today to save your spot. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to join the webinar.

We are hosting three types of webinars: a general overview with a primary focus on residential for everyone, a second webinar for agents who write commercial policies, and a third webinar for agency administrators only. All are designed to be interactive, and we invite you to ask questions about the upcoming changes.

**We recommend first attending the New Agent Portal Overview Training. If your agency writes both residential and commercial policies, we also recommend first attending the New Agent Portal – Commercial Agents Training. This webinar will build on the information presented in those webinars.

Who should attend: Those who manage administrative tasks in the TWIA Agent Portal on behalf of their agency.

What it will cover: Managing users, commission payments, location changes, and other administrative tasks in the New TWIA Agent Portal.

More About the Changes

The New TWIA Agent Portal will offer a centralized, streamlined, user-friendly space to work and communicate with us. It represents the culmination of many significant upgrades to our existing portal. Once you become familiar with the new portal, you can expect more efficient workflows, which were designed based on agent feedback.

We are also launching a new online portal for policyholders. With a TWIA account, they will be able to pick the payment plan and method that works for them, view their policy, renew it themselves, and report a claim.
