Trouble Logging in to the TWIA Agent Portal?

Attention Agents: The TWIA Agent Portal has a new login page. This change will strengthen our systems’ security and streamline the login experience. Once you are in the TWIA Agent Portal, you won’t have to log in to Claims Center separately.

Action Required: Reset Your TWIA Password

To log in, you need to reset the password associated with your TWIA account. Use the “Forgot Password” button on the TWIA Agent Portal login page. Click here to view a job aid of the new login process and how to reset your password.
