Agent Portal Update
Email addresses for applicants/policyholders are no longer required to submit a quote. We still encourage agents to provide this information when it’s available.

The policyholder email provides access to the Policyholder Portal. This portal allows policyholders to make online payments, report and manage their claims, and view policy details.

An email address is still required for TWIA 10 Pay, as shown below. Agents can provide the applicant/policyholder email in the Payment Details section.

Winter Storm Impact
The winter storm last week disrupted our manual check-processing operations. Payments made last week and early this week were delayed. The delayed payments will be marked as received on January 31, 2023, to prevent an impact on policyholders.

We will resume routine processing procedures on February 9, 2023.
