In-Person Claims Assistance for Policyholders

We want our policyholders’ Hurricane Nicholas claim process to go as smoothly as possible and help them get every dollar owed to them for damage covered under their TWIA policy.

In pursuit of this goal, TWIA claims staff will be in Galveston and Lake Jackson to provide in-person assistance to policyholders. Spanish-speaking staff will be available. Claim payments will not be provided at the sites.
