TWIA Request for Information (RFI) for Catastrophe Modeling Secondary Modifier Services

The Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA) is investigating and requesting information from qualified third-party vendors on the availability and cost of services to obtain additional information (secondary modifiers) about its residential book of business to incorporate into probabilistic catastrophe (CAT) model results provided by third parties.

Questions and requests for clarification on this RFI must be submitted by July 23, 2021, and responses to the RFI must be submitted by August 16, 2021. Qualified parties who would like to participate in the RFI process should submit responses via email to ActuarialServices@twia.org.
