Moratorium Lifted for Hurricane Delta
Published on: October 10, 2020This morning, October 10, 2020, TWIA lifted the policy application moratorium and is accepting new or increased coverage applications. The TWIA General Manager has determined that Delta no longer threatens property within the designated catastrophe area of the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association.
Applications received during the moratorium will now be processed according to underwriting guidelines.
