TWIA Committee Discusses Performance Criteria for General Manager

The TWIA Board’s General Manager Performance Criteria Committee met on July 7 and discussed performance criteria for TWIA’s General Manager, the Association’s chief executive.

The Committee reviewed and discussed the proposed General Manager performance evaluation criteria created by TWIA staff. The Committee directed staff to make revisions to the criteria and develop processes for the annual review of the General Manager. Committee members will review the updates developed by staff via email, then determine whether to meet again before reporting to the TWIA Board of Directors.

The General Manager Performance Criteria Committee, created by the TWIA Board at its February 24 meeting, previously met on April 13 to review and discuss information on performance criteria from TWIA.

Members of the media with questions about the Committee meeting, please email MediaRelations@TWIA.org.

The meeting materials and archived recording for this committee meeting will be added to our Meeting Library after the meeting.
