Pay By Mortgage Escrow

Your mortgage company may pay your TWIA policy from an escrow account that they manage on your behalf.

An escrow account holds money that is collected with your monthly mortgage payments to cover expenses such as property taxes and insurance premiums. Your insurance agent can provide more information about this option

Your agent provides TWIA with your mortgage escrow details when you apply for insurance. Please review your paperwork to make sure that the information is correct.

New Policy
TWIA does NOT send any information to the mortgage company for the first term of your policy. Your agent will explain how to submit your premium payment.

Renewals
For renewals, we send your renewal offer to your mortgage company, who submits payment to TWIA. This process is automated and requires no action from you.

Please Note: TWIA is not responsible for nonpayment by your mortgage company. Any lapse in coverage or nonrenewal due to a late or missed payment will apply.
