We are aware that some users are experiencing issues with our new cloud systems. The following is a list of issues we are currently working to resolve:
- Portal pages loading slowly
- Some agents may need to reset their passwords

Things to Know
Agent and Policyholder portals have moved to the cloud.
- New Domain Name: Our cloud systems are hosted on the TWIA.org domain
- Data: All current system data has been moved and is available in the cloud
- Updated Look, Familiar Feel: Our cloud systems will have a refreshed look but a similar feel to your current portal.

Expiring Accounts
A limited number of older Policyholder user accounts have expired after the move due to enhanced security requirements in our cloud systems. Impacted policyholders will need to register as a new user. They will still have access to current policies and claims.
Agent Portal accounts are not impacted.
Impacted policyholders will be notified by email and/or they will see the following message after logging into our cloud systems:
