Payment Email Update

Attention Agents: We have updated the payment notification email that policyholders receive to include Guest Pay. 

The previous email titled “TWIA – Payment is Due” has been replaced with a new notification titled “TWIA – Invoice Ready for Payment.” This updated email (screenshot below) now provides clearer and more comprehensive details about upcoming invoices, including:

  • Amount owed 
  • Policy number 
  • Account numbers 
  • A full list of available payment options, including the newly added Guest Pay feature
