TWIA Committee to Meet April 13 to Develop Performance Criteria for General Manager

Essential Meeting Information: 

  • The TWIA Board’s General Manager Performance Criteria Committee will meet virtually at 10:30 a.m. CT on Monday, April 13. 
  • The meeting will be held via Zoom and livestreamed on YouTube.

The Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA) announced that the General Manager Performance Criteria Committee of the TWIA Board of Directors will meet virtually at 10:30 a.m. CT on Monday, April 13.  The agenda for the meeting is available.

This committee was created by the TWIA Board at its most recent meeting on February 24 to develop performance criteria for TWIA’s General Manager, the Association’s chief executive. Four members of the TWIA Board were appointed to serve on the panel: First-tier coastal representative, Greg Smith; non-coastal territory representatives, Dr. Etti Baranoff and Mark Shewmaker; and Insurance industry representative, Karen Guard. 

The meeting will be held via Zoom and livestreamed via YouTube.
