TWIA Guest Pay Updates

Attention agents: We hope you are enjoying the new payment option, Guest Pay. This service allows agents to make installment and invoice payments on behalf of policyholders. Guest Pay is part of our ongoing efforts to improve accessibility and provide a convenient way to make payments.   

Thank you to all those who were able to attend the agent webinars. Here are some updates based on your feedback: 

  • A recording and slides of the Agent Webinar on Payment Options and Guest Pay are available on the Agent Training Hub under Webinars. A video demo of Guest Pay can also be found under Quoting, Submitting and Paying for Applications.
  • We will be improving the visibility of and the access to Guest Pay on the TWIA website when we launch it to policyholders in March. These improvements will apply to the Agent access as well.  
  • When using ACH Debit Block or other banking account security features, agents may use these Company IDs to allow transactions from Guest Pay to process with their banks. Please contact your bank for support with these features.
