Upcoming Policyholder Survey

Attention agents: On Friday, nearly 25,000 randomly chosen TWIA policyholders will get an email asking them to take a short online survey. We are doing this to hear directly from policyholders, learn about their experiences, and, where we can, use what we learn to improve how we serve them.

We want you to know about this in case your clients reach out with questions about whether the survey is real or why we are doing it. The survey is voluntary and anonymous. Taking it will not affect a policyholder’s coverage, standing, or access to TWIA services in any way.
