We have introduced our new Policyholder Portal. This portal will be made available to all our policyholders gradually as new policies are issued and existing policies renew. This portal will allow you to view your policy details, make payments, report claims, and manage your claims.

Access to the Policyholder Portal is limited at this time and requires an invitation. If you do not yet have access to the Policyholder Portal, you will need to continue to use our other systems, shown below.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if I have access to the Policyholder Portal?
You will receive an invitation via email.

When will I receive an invitation?
Invitations will be sent to the email address provide to us by your agent as follows:

  • New Policyholders: You should receive your invitation after your agent submits your application. You should receive an email with the subject line “Create a TWIA Account.”
  • Current Policyholders: You should receive your invitation about 25-30 days before your current policy expires. This applies to policies that expire on or after July 17, 2022. You should receive an email with the subject line “TWIA Renewal Offer Available.”

How do I register for an account?
Instructions on how to register for your TWIA account will be provided in the invitation email.

What if I don’t receive an invitation, but I believe I should have?
You will need to contact your agent to verify we have your correct email address.

Why didn’t everyone get access at the same time?
To avoid disruptions to existing policies and prevent complications for agents and policyholders, we are transferring policies to our new systems as they come up for renewal.

You will get access to the Policyholder Portal when your policy transfers to it.
