Update on Premium Payment Processing
Published on: April 29, 2020Due to the COVID-19 crisis, policyholders should anticipate additional processing time for posting their premium payments. This delay will not impact the effective date of their policy.
In compliance with national, state, and local health recommendations, we have limited staff in our office. We are working to post payments as quickly as possible and continue to process them using the date each was received, unless the payment was mailed using one of the approved mailing options. Policyholders should allow up to two weeks for their payments to post.
