Attention Agents: A new job aid, TWIA Quotes and Offer Submissions, is now available.

This resource provides an overview of the quote and offer submission timeline in the Agent Portal, including when quotes expire, how to extend a quote’s expiration date, and when offers can no longer be modified. 

Important Reminders:

  • Quotes can remain active in the Agent Portal for 30 days after the policy effective date and will expire after that time.
  • The Quote Expires date can be extended by amending the policy effective date if a prospective policyholder is still interested in a TWIA policy.
  • Offers remain active for 30 days after the policy effective date and may not be extended.
